1. All your custom built DIY package bookings (DIY Holidays, DIY Umrahs & DIY World Tours) are ATOL protected under the Cypher Travel Software LTD ATOL license (12810)
2. Any packaged bookings provided by our package holiday providers such as Jet2Holidays and Etihad Holidays are covered under their own ATOL accreditation. 
3. Cypher Travel in addition is 100% financially protected via the Travel Trust Association's (TTA number X5032) client Trust account, guaranteeing your money is safe whilst in our care.

We provide real-time aggregation of flights, hotels, package holidays, transfers, and a DIY building service for your Umrah, Al Aqsa packages and World Tours, all bookable instantly through our platform. We also provide visa processing and group booking services upon request.

Yes, you can contact our customer service team via chat, our help centre or email. You can also use our online booking platform for appointments.

Once you have booked with Cypher Travel you will recieve a booking confirmation email which will contain your flight booking reference. With this and your last name you can check-in directly on the airlines own website if they provide this service.

Dependant on the airlines integration to our platform, you will be presented with the option to purchase additional baggage and select your preffered seat. Where an airline allows the bookings made from this site to be managed directly by the lead passanger this can also be achieved on their website. Post payment reciept, within a matter of minutes you will recieve a booking confirmation containing the detailed itenarary of your purchase and the appropriate booking references. Your ATOL certificate and/or the Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee certificates (TTA Protection Insurance) will follow within 6 hours.

Whilst assessing the best professional accreditations to protect our customers, ourselves and our supplier we found, ABTA protects non-flight package holidays and sets industry standards, while TTA (Travel Trust Association) offers more comprehensive, automatic 100% financial protection for all types of bookings (flights or not) by holding money in a trust account and providing a guarantee, covering fraud too. The key difference is TTA's robust, blanket financial protection versus ABTA's  coverage, which depends on the specific member's arrangements.
